艾灸为主治疗褥疮29例

褥疮是骨科长期卧床患者常见并发症,其病机是由于深部组织发生循环障碍,肌肉及脂肪组织坏死、溶解而成。多因局部受压,气血运行不畅,肌肤失于营养,加之摩擦染毒而发,治疗困难。中医认为气得热而散,血得热而行。应用艾条温灸,给局部以温热刺激,直接提高局部温度,以此达到温经通络、行气活血、调和营卫、扶正祛邪的目的。
