中医辨证治疗56例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床研究

目的：探讨中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG）的临床疗效。方法：本文对收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者实施中医辨证治疗,并与单纯使用西药治疗的对照组进行临床疗效比较。结果：研究组患者的显效率（58.93%）和总有效率（87.53%）均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,而且两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,能有效缓解患者病痛,并预防恶变,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical research on treating 56 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM differential treatment

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of treating patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM differential treatment. Methods：This paper introduced TCM differential treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,then compared their clinical effects with the control group simply treated with Western medicine.Results：effective rate（58.93%）and total rate（87.53%）in research group were obviously higher than control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Treating patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM differential treatment had obviously effects,which could effective relief pain of patients and prevent deterioration,so it was worth widely using in clinical.
