中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的：观察解毒养心汤配合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎临床效果。方法：将144例门诊或住院的病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例在对照组治疗基础上加服解毒养心汤,对照组66例单用西药治疗,两组均15d一个疗程,4个疗程后,参照判定标准,比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为87.9%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,更有利于病毒性心肌炎的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of treating viral myocarditis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the detoxification Yang Xin Tang in Treating the effect of viral myocarditis. Methods： 144 cases of out-patient or out-patient viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of 80 patients in the control group based on the Yang Xin Tang detoxification services, the control group 66 cases treated with Western medicine alone, two have a course of 15d, 4 months after treatment, with reference to determine the standard to compare the treatment effect. Conclusion： The combination therapy of viral myocarditis significantly more conducive to the recovery of viral myocarditis, worthy of clinical application.
