中医阴阳学说在护理人力资源管理中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨护士长在护理人力资源管理过程中所寻求的一种新的、有效的、切实可行的理论指导。方法:在中医阴阳学说相关理论运用于护理人力资源管理实践前后,采用方积乾研制的中国版SF-36量表,先后对54名护士的生命质量进行调查比较,同时收集并整理了应用前后病区护患冲突发生情况以及病人满意度、月护理质量检查情况。生命质量调查比较采用两样本均数t检验,病区护患冲突发生及病人满意度、月护理质量检查情况比较计量资料采用t检验,计数资料比较采用x2检验。结果:在中医阴阳学说相关理论运用于护理人力资源管理实践前后护理人员的总体生命质量得分有明显差异,病区护患冲突发生率下降明显,病人满意度及月护理质量考评明显提升。结论:将中医阴阳学说运用在护理人力资源管理的实践中,追求护理管理中的阴阳平衡,不仅具有现实的指导意义,而且还对中医理论现代化、构建和谐社会起到促进和推动作用。

Application of yin-yang theory of TCM in the management of nursing human resources
Abstract:Objective: To investigate a new, effective, practical theoretical guidance the charge nurse try to find in the process of nursing human resources management. Methods: Before and after the application of yin-yang theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the management of nursing human resources, we compare the quality of lives of the Subject 54 nurses by the SF-36 Questionnaire made by Jiqian Fang. at the same time we collect and collate the conflict situations between the ward nurses and patients, the patient satisfaction, and the quality of care on the inspection, the two sample t test is applied to the Comparation of the quality of lives, while the chi-Square test is used to compare the measurement data. Results: After the application of yin-yang theory of TCM in the management of nursing human resources, the quality of lives of the nurses is Significantly different, the incidence of conflict between ward nurses and patients significantly decreased, while the patient satisfaction Degree and the quality of care has improved significantly. Conclusion: The application of yin-yang theory of TCM in the management of nursing human resources and the pursuit of nursing management of the balance ofyin and yang is of realistic Significance, it will not only play a catalytic and facilitating role In the modernization of TCM theory but also in the building of a harmonious society.
