自拟泻肺清肠汤治疗习惯性便秘90例疗效观察

目的：察自拟泻肺清肠汤治疗习惯性便秘的疗效。方法：将90例习惯性便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例用泻肺清肠汤治疗,对照组40例用酚酞片治疗。均治疗15天判定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.00%,对照组总有效率为72.50%,两组总有效率比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：泻肺清肠汤治疗习惯性便秘有较好疗效,值得进一步研究。

Efficacy of treating 90 cases of habitual constipation with the Xiefei Qingchang decoction

Objective：To observe the self Xiefei bowel treating habitual constipation effect. Methods： 90 patients with chronic constipation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 50 patients treated with Xiefei soup bowel control group of 40 patients in treatment withphenolphthalein. Were treated for 15 days to determine efficacy. Results： The total effective rate was 96.00% in the control group, the total effective rate was 72.50%, total effective ratewere significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiefei bowel treating habitual constipationhas a good effect, it is worth further study.
