自动痔疮套扎术联合硬化剂注射治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期痔病临床观察

目的：观察自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合硬化剂注射治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法：对60例Ⅱ～Ⅳ期痔病行RPH联合硬化剂注射，并与传统手术切除组比较，分析疗效、术后并发症和病人满意度情况。结果：与对照组相比，套扎组手术时间、痊愈时间、术后疼痛优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；在术后并发症、脱出改善评分和治愈率方面与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。随访半年均无严重并发症。结论：RPH联合硬化剂注射治疗痔病，操作简便、微创，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，并发症少，病人满意度高，近期疗效确切。

Clinical curative effects of treatment of Hemorrhoidal disease with the Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids(RPH) associated sclerosing injection

Objective： To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of treatment of hemorrhoids with the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （ RPH ） associated sclerosing injection. Methods： 60cases （ study group ） suffering from hemorrhoids of Ⅱ to Ⅳ grade, were treated by the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （ RPH ） associated sclerosing injection, and the other 60 cases （ control group ） were treated by the Milligan--Morgan method associated sclerosing injection; analyzed the curative effects, postoperative complications, and patients＇ satisfaction. Results： The time of operation, the wound healing time and pain after operation in study group was better than the control group, （P〈0.05）; the difference of recovery rates, complications postoperative, score of Prolapse improved was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. No serious complications were found in follow-up six months.Conclusion： The method of the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （RPH） associated sclerosing injection is simple manipulation, minimally invasive, less pain and complications, faster recovery, high patient satisfaction,and possesses an excellent efficacy in recently for hemorrhoidal disease of Ⅱ to Ⅳ grade.
