金黄膏外敷预防输注表阿霉素药物性静脉炎临床观察

目的：探讨金黄膏外敷预防输注表阿霉素静脉炎的疗效。方法：将224例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各112例。观察组在输液前15min将金黄膏沿静脉走向均匀涂擦于输液穿刺点上方的皮肤上;对照组不涂药,观察输液后静脉炎的发生率及轻重程度。结果：观察组静脉炎的发生率为17.86%（20例）,且未发生Ⅱ、Ⅲ级静脉炎。对照组静脉炎的发生率为68.75%（77例）,其中Ⅱ级25.89%,Ⅲ级14.29%。结论：金黄膏外敷能明显降低表阿霉素输注致静脉炎的发生率。

Clinical observation of preventing drug epirubicin infusion phlebitis with golden plaster

Objective：To explore the golden Plaster prevent infusion phlebitis epirubicin efficacy.Methods：224 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 112 cases.The treatment group before infusion 15min along the vein will be evenly golden cream rubbed on the skin above the infusion on the puncture site;applicator control group was not observed after infusion and the incidence of phlebitis severity.Results：The incidence of phlebitis was 17.86%（20 cases）,and have not been Ⅱ,Ⅲ grade phlebitis.Control group,the incidence of phlebitis was 68.75%（77 cases）,grade Ⅱ 25.89%,Ⅲ grade 14.29%.Conclusion：Golden Plaster can significantly reduce the epirubicin infusion caused the incidence of phlebitis.
