温针配合药物治疗周围性面瘫的疗效研究

目的：观察温针配合中药热敷治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：选取门诊周围性面瘫患者120例,随机分为3组,对照组单纯针刺治疗,治疗组1采用温针治疗,治疗组2采用温针配合中药法治疗。观察3组患者总有效率及痊愈时间与疗程的关系。结果：对比3组患者治疗效果,温针配合中药热敷组患者总有效率为97.5%,与其他两组相比差异明显（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义;温针配合中药热敷患者获得痊愈的时间明显短于其他两组,差异明显（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论：温针配合药物热敷治疗周围性面瘫疗效高,治疗时间缩短,值得临床推广应用。

Effects observation on treating peripheral facial paralysis in Wenzhen plus medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating peripheral facial paralysis in Wen-zhen plus medicine.Methods：120 cases of clinical patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 3 groups,in which,control group only applying acupuncture,while treatment group 1 applying Wenzhen,and treatment group 2 applying Wen-pin plus medicine,then observed total effective rate and the relationship of recovery time and courses of 3 groups.Results：Compared treatment effects of 3 groups,and the total effective rate of Wenzhen plus medicine was 97.5%,which had obviously difference comparing with other 2 groups（P〈0.05）,and had statistically significant;Cured time in Wen-pin plus medicine was obviously shorter than other 2 groups,which had obviously differences （P〈0.05）,and had statistically significant.Conclusion：Treating peripheral facial paralysis in Wenzhen plus medicine had better effects and shorter treatment time,so it is worth widely using in clinical.
