顺胃汤治疗胆汁返流性胃炎

胆汁返流性胃炎是慢性胃炎中的一种特殊类型,是由于从胆囊排入十二指肠的胆汁和其它肠液混合通过幽门逆流至胃,破坏胃粘膜的屏障作用,从而产生炎症性病变。属祖国医学＂胃脘痛＂、＂反胃＂、＂呕吐＂等范畴。笔者自2007年以来采用自拟方＂顺胃汤＂治疗胆汁反流性胃炎54例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。
