面瘫扶正贴膏在治疗bell氏麻痹中的增效作用的临床观察

目的：观察面瘫扶正贴膏治疗bell氏麻痹的疗效。方法：将120例患者分为治疗组60例和对照组60例，两组方法为在①一般西药治疗方法的基础上，治疗组采用②传统针刺＋③面瘫扶正贴膏治疗；对照组采用②传统针刺治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为91．7％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：面瘫扶正贴膏在治疗bell氏麻痹中的增效作用明显，治疗组疗效优于对照组。

The clinical observation of treating bell's palsy synergies with plaster righting facial paralysis

Objective： To observe the treatment of facial paralysis bell palsy righting Plaster efficacy. Methods： 120 patients were divided into treatment group, 60 patients and a control group of 60 patients, two general methods of western medicine in the （1） method based on traditional acupuncture treatment group （2）＋（3） righting plaster treatment of facial paralysis; the control group （2）using traditional acupuncture, therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 96.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 91.7%, the two groups was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Plaster righting in the treatment of facial paralysis bell palsy significant synergies in the treatment group than the control group.
