中西医结合治疗输卵管性不孕症50例临床观察

目的：观察宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术加服中药通络灵汤对输卵管性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：选取100例输卵管性不孕症患者，分为两组各50例，分别采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术加服中药通络灵汤和单采用宫腔镜下榆卵管插管通液术。结果：两组输卵管通畅无明显差异（P〉0．05），但中西医结合组痊愈数明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术结合中药内服可明显提高本病的治愈率，值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of tubal infertility in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the liquid flow hysteroscopic tubal cannulation surgery plus Chinese herb soup for the soul through the network of clinical efficacy of tubal infertility. Methods： 100 cases of tubal infertility patients, divided into two groups, 50 patients, respectively, through the use of liquid hysteroscopic tubal cannulation surgery plus Chinese herb soup and spirit through a single network using hysteroscopic tubal cannulation through fluid patients. Results： There were no significant differences in tubal patency （P〉 0.05）, but recovered in Medicine group was significantly higher （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Hysteroscopic tubal cannulation through the combination of Chinese Herbs Liquid surgery can significantly improve the cure rate, worthy of further application.
