| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选择幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的患者110例,随机分成两组,对照组50例给予洛赛克、吗丁啉治疗,观察组60例给予中药汤剂治疗,疗程4周,观察对比两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical observation of treating 60 cases of helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.Methods：Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis 110 cases,divided into two groups randomly,50 cases in the control group were given Losec,domperidone treatment,the observation group given Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment,4 weeks treatment,observation and contrast the curative effect of two groups.Results：the observation group in the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis clinical effect,it is worth popularizing. |
