Objective：To discuss on the factors of the quality of calamine menthol lotion.Methods：Applying the adjustment preparation and dressings,with classic pharmacopoeia determination method to control the preparation of the content.Results：When find out the factors of the quality of calamine menthol lotion,adjust preparation and dressings can prepare suspension good effect and assurance quality.Conclusion：Solving the question of calamine menthol main drug scattered and dissolved unevenly,without increasing the complexity of the process,stable quality which was a practical and feasible method.
