| 摘 要： | 目的：观察龙胆泻肝汤治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组32例以龙胆泻肝汤治疗；对照组28例以银杏叶注射液治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为87．5％，对照组为67．9％，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：龙胆泻肝汤治疗突发性耳聋疗效优于西药组治疗。

Treating 32 cases of sudden deafness in Longdan Xiegan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction treat sudden deafness. Methods： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group for 32 cases applying Longdan Xiegan decoction to treat, while control group for 28 cases applying ginkgo biloba injection to treat. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.5%, control group was 67.9%. Compared the two groups, which had obviously meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Longdan Xiegan decoction was better than Western medicine group in treating sudden deafness. |
