中医辨证施治慢性胃炎60例的临床观察

目的：观察中医辨证施治治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选取经胃镜检查确诊的112例慢性胃炎患者,按就诊时间随机分为两组：治疗组60例和对照组52例。对照组患者予以奥美拉唑静脉滴注治疗,治疗组患者予以中医辨证分型治疗。结果：治疗效果方面,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.8%,胃镜下炎症恢复情况方面,治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为71.2%,两组比较差异性显著（P均〈0.05）。结论：对慢性胃炎运用中医辨证施治临床疗效较好。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of chronic gastritis in TCM

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic gastritis in TCM.Methods：Randomly divided 112 cases into two groups：the treatment group with 60 cases and the control group with 52 cases.The control group treated with omeprazole,while the treatment group treated in TCM.Results：In the part of treatment effect,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%,while the control group was 80.8%.In the part of endoscopic inflammation recovery,the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,while the control group was 71.2%,there was significantly difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating chronic gastritis in TCM can make a better effect.
