| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析糖尿病足溃疡患者123例在控制血糖、改善血液循环、营养神经、抗感染等综合治疗基础上,局部加用煨脓长肉理论换药。结果痊愈86.9%,好转13.1%,其中好转者出院后经门诊换药,随访1～3个月后均治愈。结论加用煨脓长肉理论换药可有效治疗糖尿病足。

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis of 123 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients in the control of blood glucose, improve blood circulation, neurotrophic, anti-infection treatment, based on comprehensive, local plus long-simmered meat theory septic dressing. Results recovered 86.9%, 13.1% improvement, which were improved by the patient after discharge medication, follow-up after 1 to 3 months were cured. Conclusion plus simmer septic flesh theory dressing effective in the treatment of diabetic foot. |
