补肾活髓颗粒治疗非重型再障的临床观察与中医辨证施护

目的：探讨补肾活髓颗粒治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血（NSAA）的安全性及辨证施护的效果。方法：126例NSAA患者随机分为试验组（63例,用补肾活髓颗粒加辨证施护）和对照组（63例,补肾活髓颗粒加普通护理）,对两组不良反应进行临床观察和护理。结果：两组出现不良反应的共有62例,主要表现为痤疮、多毛、声音嘶哑、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）或谷草转氨酶（AST）轻度升高,口唇和手指轻微麻木。不良事件发生率：试验组为39.68%,对照组为58.73%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：加强临床观察,及时作好中医辨证施护,是提高临床疗效和安全性的关键。

Clinical observation and TCM nursing of treating non-severe aplastic anemia with the Bushen Huosui granule

Objective：To explore the security and the effect of dialectical nursing of treating non-severe type of aplastic anemia （NSAA） with BuShe Huosui Grain.Methods：126 patients with NSAA were randomly divided treatment group （63 patients with treatment of the Bushen Huosui Way plus dialectical nursing） and control group （62 patients were treated with Bushen Huoxue TongluoWay plus nursing）.Observing and nursing the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results：The total patients with adverse reactions were 62cases,the main performance was Acne,hirsutism,hoarseness,the slightly elevating in ALT,AST and the slight numbness of the lips and fingers.The rate of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group were 39.68% and 58.73%,compared the treatment group with the control group,the difference was significant （P0.01）.Conclusions：Strengthen clinical observation and do nursing in TCM well in time is the key to improve the clinical efficacy and safety.
