糖尿病肾病中医证候分布特点的分析研究

目的：对糖尿病肾病（DN）不同阶段的中医证候特点及证候分布规律进行分析探讨。方法：对我院内分泌科住院的DN患者162人按照III、IV、V期进行分组,对不同分期的证候分布特点进行比较分析。结果：III期主要以气阴两虚为主,偶可见血瘀证。IV期病情出现复杂表现,主要以阴阳两虚为主,血瘀证表现相对明显。V期阴阳两虚明显,虚实错综复杂,血瘀证明显加重。结论：糖尿病肾病不同时期有不同的证候特点,其本质是虚实夹杂证,从III期气阴两虚开始,阴损及阳,最后发展为V期的阳虚,血瘀作为主要的兼证贯穿DN的整个病程。

Analysing research on TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of diabetic nephropathy

Objective：To analysis research on TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：162 cases of DN patients were divided into III,IV,V phase in our hospital secretion section,then comparative analysis of different stages of the syndrome distribution.Results：Phase III based mainly Qiyin Liangxu,even visible blood stasis.Stage IV disease of complex performance, based mainly on Yin and Yang,and stasis was relatively clear.Phase V had significant period of lacking Yin and Yang,actual situation complex and significantly increased blood stasis.Conclusion：Diabetic nephropathy in different periods have different syndrome characteristics,which essence is Xushi Jiaza syndrome.Started from Yin deficiency in phase III,sinister and Yang,then developed to Yangxu in the phase of V,and as a key of Jianzheng,Xueyu throughout the entire course of DN.
