中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效和安全性,提高慢儿童性鼻窦炎的临床治疗效率。方法：采用回顾性研究方法对2009年6月～2011年6月我院采用中西医结合治疗的具有完整资料的64例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,并以同期采用西医常规治疗的64例患者为对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率以及6个月内临床复发率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用中西医结合疗法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎,临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Clinical analysis on treating children with chronic rhinosinusitis in the integrative medicine

Objective To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis clinical efficacy and safety,improve discovered to slow the clinical treatment of sinusitis efficiency.Methods Retrospective study methods from June 2009 to June 2011 by our combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of a complete material of the 64 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis,and the same period to the clinical data by western medicine routine treatment,64 patients in the control group for comparison,two groups of therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate the observation group was higher than the control group,the adverse reaction rate and six months the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,and clinical comparative differences between groups are statistically significant（P0.05） .Conclusion The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for children with chronic rhinosinusitis,clinical symptoms,and is worth promoting.
