回乳饮回奶效果临床观察

目的：观察中药煎剂回乳饮回奶效果。方法：中晚期妊娠引产及足月妊娠死胎、死产者72例，随机分为治疗组（A组）39例，对照组（B组）33例，分别采用回乳饮及已烯雌酚回奶治疗，观察比较2组回奶有效率、恶露持续时间、月经恢复所需时间、恶心等副作用发生率。结果：A、B组比较，回奶有效率：87．18％、69．70％，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；恶露持续时间：（14．09±5．98）、（21．53±4．64）天；月经恢复所需时间：（85．77±25．28）、（11．55±20．01）天；恶心等副作用发生率：2．56％、93．94％。差异均有显著性（P〈0．005或0．001）。结论：回乳饮可达到已烯雌酚相同的回奶效果，并具有促进子宫修复，缩短恶露持续时间及月经恢复所需时间的作用，基本无副作用，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical effect observation of Huiru yin back to the milk

Objective： To observe TCM Huiru yin back to the effect of milk. Methods： 72 cases of induction of labor in late pregnancy and full-term pregnancy, stillbirth were randomly divided into treatment group （group A） for 39 cases and control group （group B） for 33 cases. The two groups respectively applying Huiru yin and diethylstilbestrol to back to the milk, then observe the rate of Huiru yin back to the milk＇s effect, lochia duration, menstrual recovery time, nausea and other side effects. Results： Compared A and B, the efficacy rate of back to milk were 87.18%, 69.70%, which had no obviously difference （P〉0.05）; Lochia duration were （14.09±5.98）, （21.53±4.64） days; The need of menstrual recovery time were （85.77±25.28）, （11.55±20.01） days; The rate of nausea and other side effects were 2.56%, 93.94%, which all had obviously difference （P〈0.005 or 0.001）. Conclusion： Huiru yin could arrived the same effect of diethylstilbestrol, and which had the function of promote uterine repair, shorten the lochia duration and menstrual recovery time, and almost no side effects, so which was worth widely using in clinical.
