针灸对粘连性肠梗阻的研究进展

肠梗阻是外科常见的急腹症之一,而术后肠粘连是引起肠梗阻的最主要原因,如何有效的防治肠粘连常常是外科医生面临的难题。中西医结合在非手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻方面取得的成绩较为显著,多数患者经过治疗后能得到有效缓解。针灸因为治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻疗效独特,逐步得到医疗工作者的重视。本文就近年来针刺对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗进行综述,以期为今后进一步研究提供指导。

Acupuncture research on adhesive intestinal obstruction

Intestinal obstruction is one of a common acute abdomen surgeries, while is caused by postoperative adhesions mainly. It is the problem that surgeons often face how to prevent and treat intestinal adhesion. Most patients of adhesive intestinal obstruction can be alleviated by integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine effectively. Acupuncture gets the attention by medical workers for the unique effects on postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction. Now we review the adhesive intestinal obstruction by acupuncture in recent years, in order to provide some guidances for the future reseach.
