降低小儿头皮静脉穿刺复针率的几点体会

小儿头皮静脉穿刺是儿科护士最基本的技术操作,现在的患儿大多是独生子女,父母视为＂掌上明珠＂,给操作者增加了＂一针见血＂的压力。一针见血固然重要,但如何妥善固定,降低复针率也是每一个儿科护理人员应重点关注的话题。笔者根据自己多年的临床经验,就小儿头皮静脉穿刺及固定方法介绍如下。
