| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理与中医结合治疗童儿多发性抽动症的方法和疗效。方法采用心理与中医结合治疗。观察组中医心理疗法：顺志从欲法,精神内守法认知疗法,情志相胜法,暗示治疗法等。中医辨证分型为：肝气郁结,肝风内动型;脾虚健运,肝气横逆型;肝肾阴虚,虚风内动型。对照组采用中医辨证分型治疗。结果：经心理与中医辨证治疗好转率89%,有效率9%,无效率2%。结论：心理与中医辨证结合治疗此症具有明显疗效,副作用小,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the combination of psychology and TCM for Tourette.Methods：TCM combined with psychological treatment.Set treatment droup and control group.Control group takinging TCM Treatment.Results：combined TCM treatment improved 89%,efficiency of 9%,2%inefficiency.Conclusion：Psychological treatment of this disease with TCM combined has significant effects,little side effects,worthy of promotion. |
