中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变69例临床研究

目的：探讨益气活血疗法联合中药足浴按摩治疗周围神经病变的疗效。方法：将我院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者69例,在有效控制血糖的基础上,联合益气活血疗法和中药足浴按摩治疗,比较治疗前后症状改善情况。结果：症状明显改善53例,有效11例,无效5例,总有效率为92.8%。所有患者治疗前在腓总神经、腓浅神经、胫神经的传导速度方面与治疗前存在统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论：益气活血疗法联合中药足浴按摩治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Clinical research of treating 69 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in TCM

Objective： To investigate the Qi and blood therapy combined with traditional Chinese foot massage treatment of peripheral neuropathy. Method in our hospital treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy 69 patients, the effective control of blood glucose, based on the joint Yiqihuoxue foot massage therapy and Chinese medicine treatment, improvement of symptoms before and after treatment. The results significantly improved symptoms in 53 cases, effective in 11 cases, 5 cases, total effective rate was 92.8%. Before treatment, all patients in the peroneal nerve, superficial peroneal nerve, tibial nerve conduction velocity in statistical difference before and after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yiqihuoxue Foot massage therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have better clinical results, it is worth promoting.
