在神经内科护生临床教学中应用PBL教学法的体会

摘    要:目的:探索以问题为基础的学习(PBL)的教学方法在神经科内护生的临床教学中的应用。方法:在40名神经科护生中开展PBL教学尝试,另40名神经科护生接受传统教学法,定期进行神经科考试并对教学质量进行反馈调查问卷研究,对两组学生考试成绩及教学质量反馈评分进行比较。结果结果显示,PBL组考试成绩和教学质量反馈评分均显著高于传统教学组。结论:PBL教学方法有助于提高神经科护生的临床教学质量,在实践应用中,应注意采用启发式教学,将使PBL教学达到事半功倍的效果。

Experience of the application in PBL pedagogy in nursing students in clinical neurology teaching
Abstract:Objective: To explore the problem-based learning (PBL) teaching methods in neurology clinical teaching of nursing students within the application. Methods: In 40 neurology PBL teaching nursing students try to carry out the other 40 nursing students received traditional neurological approach, neurological examination and regular feedback on the quality of teaching survey research, test scores for two groups of students and teaching quality feedback score for comparison. The results showed that, PBL group test scores and teaching quality feedback scores were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: PBL teaching methods help to improve nursing students in clinical neurology teaching quality, in practical application, should pay attention to the use of heuristic teaching, PBL teaching will achieve a multiplier effect.
