四妙勇安汤加味治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期疗效观察

目的：观察四妙勇安汤加味治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的类风湿性关节炎活动期患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组用四妙勇安汤加味治疗，对照组用西药泼尼松加萘普生治疗，治疗4周、8周后分别统计两组患者疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后一疗程治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为75．00％和76．67％，两组疗效差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而治疗二疗程后治疗组的总有效率达到93．33％，对照组为78．33％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：单纯四妙勇安汤治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期在较长疗程后具有显著疗效，并能避免西药诸多不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis with Simiao Yong＇an soup. Methods： Randomly divided 120 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group, treatment group ang control group were treated with Simiao Yong＇an soup and western medicine prednisone plus naproxen, counted the effect of the two groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Conclusion： The effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis with Simiao Yong＇an soup is obvious, which can avoid many adverse reactions medicine.
