杠杆定位手法对腰源性腰椎侧弯影响的影像学观察

目的：观察杠杆定位手法对腰源性腰椎侧弯影响的影像学变化。方法：本组患者33例,男20例,女13例,年龄23～60岁。采用杠杆定位手法治疗后观察患者前后CR片的Coob’s角变化。结果：明显改善13例,改善17例;无变化3例,总有效率90.91%。Cobb角治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：杠杆定位手法对腰源性腰椎侧弯影响是肯定的,具有临床推广价值。

Imageology observation on the effect lever location techniques on waist-borne lumbar scoliosis

Objective：To observe the imageology changes of the effects of lever location techniques on waist-borne lumbar scoliosis.Methods：The group has 33 patients,including 20 males and 13 females.The age range is 23 to 60 years old.After using the lever location techniques,we observe the changes of the Coob’s angle from CR.Results：13 patients are improved obviously,17 are improved and 3 are invalid.The total effective rate is 90.91%.The contrast difference of the Coob’s angle had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is certain that the lever location techniques to correct the waist-borne lumbar scoliosis is usful,and it is worth to be clinical popularized.
