热敏灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨热敏灸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗作用。方法：将符合选择标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加予热敏灸治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,3个月为1个疗程。结果：两组患者疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、胸闷、气短症状较治疗前均明显减轻（P〈0.01）,气喘、胸闷也有所改善（P〈0.05）,而在咳嗽、咳痰症状改善程度上治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,在气喘、胸闷、气短症状改善程度上治疗组也优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗前后FEV1/FVC及FEV1的百分比均明显升高（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;与对照组治疗后比,治疗组在治疗后FEV1/FVC及FEV1的百分比升高明显（P〈0.05）,治疗组和对照组PaCO2明显降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,PaO2明显升高（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;治疗组PaCO2、PaO2改善较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：热敏灸疗法能使COPD患者肺功能、动脉血气和临床症状明显的改善,取得很好疗效。

Clinical effective observation on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Remin acupuncture

Objective：To discuss the treatment effect of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Remin acupuncture.Methods：Randomly divided target patients into treatment group and control group.The treatment group treated with Renmin acupuncture on the basement of conventional treatment,the control group only treated with conventional treatment,3 months as a course.Results：There was significantly difference of two groups in clinical effect （P0.01）.In the treatment group the symptom such as cough,sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath all obviously improved after treating （P0.01）,while the improvement of treatment group was better than control group＇s.The percentage of FEV1/FVC and FEV1 was significantly improving before and after treating （P0.01,P0.05）,comparing with control group the percentage of FEV1/FVC and FEV1 was significantly improving （P0.05）,the PaCO2 of two groups was significantly reducing （P0.01,P0.05）,PaO2 obviously increased （P0.01,P0.05）,the PaCO2,PaO2 of treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Remin acupuncture can make a better effect.
