摘    要:目的改善服务质量,提高病人对门诊药房的满意率。方法建立“零距离”的调剂服务模式;建立联系单;加强门诊药房内部管理;制定“药师提示”标签并设咨询窗口;建立药物不良反应监测和报告制度等。结果建立以病人为中心的药学管理工作模式,开展以合理用药为核心的临床药学工作。结论门诊药房作为医院药学工作的重要组成部分,应不断提高药学服务水平。

Abstract:Objective To improve the service quality to raise the percentage of satisfaction in the outpatients pharmacy. Methods Establish " Zero Distance" regulated service pattern and relation list, strengthen the internal management of the pharmacy, formulate "the pharmacist prompting" label and set up the consulting service centre, establish the monitor of adverse responds to a drug and the reporting system and so on. Results Take the practical effective action, establish patient-centered working pattern of the pharmacy management, take the proper drug use as the core clinical pharmacy work. Conclusions As an important part of the hospital pharmacy work, the outpatient service pharmacy should take appropriate measures to raise its service level unceasingly.
