大孔吸附树脂纯化葛花总异黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:目的:筛选分离葛花总异黄酮的最佳树脂,并对影响分离的各种因素进行系统的研究,使分离工艺达到最优化.方?浇 法:研究7种不同类型吸附树脂对葛花总异黄酮的吸附特性,用紫外分光光度法测定葛花总异黄酮的含量对工艺进行评价.结果:AB-8型大孔树脂对葛花总异黄酮的吸附性能较好,其吸附纯化条件为葛花提取物上样浓度为3.0 mg·mL-1,吸附流速为2BV·h(树脂床体积),以60%乙醇作为洗脱剂进行洗脱效果最佳.经AB-8处理后的葛花总异黄酮含量可达50%以上.结论:该法简单可行,分离效果好,能满足于大生产的要求.
