| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结施他宁联合大黄治疗重症胰腺炎的护理经验。方法 :2 8例患者在实施支持治疗的基础上 ,静脉持续应用施他宁 ,同时经胃管注入大黄。结果 :施他宁联合大黄治疗重症胰腺炎总有效率为 6 7.9% ,治愈者平均住院 2 6天。结论 :施他宁联合大黄治疗重症胰腺炎可减少并发症 ,提高治疗成功率

| Abstract: | Objective:To conclude nursing experience about stilamin and rhubarb on treating severe acute pancreatitis. Method:28 cases received continuous intravenous drip of stilamin, and rhubarb through gastric tube in the meantime, on the implementation of support therapy. Result:Common effective rate was 67.9%,and the mean length of hospital stay was 26 days. Conclusion: Stilamin and rhubarb can prevent complication and promise successful therapy. |
