| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脂肪肝与高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症的关系。方法 对5000例来本院体检的不同职业的人员进行脂肪肝及相关因素调查，检测血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、空腹血糖（FBG）、血尿酸（UA）及肝功能等指标，并对相关资料进行统计学分析。结果 高TC、TG、FBG、UA人群中脂肪肝的发病率分别为38．8％、52．1％、35．2％和53．6％，明显高于正常TC、TG、FBG、UA人群中脂肪肝的发病率，分别为19．0％、11．7％、18．6％、15．0％。结论 高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症与脂肪肝的发生密切相关，并且相互影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of fatty liver with high blood lipids,high blood glucose and high blood UA.Method 5000 people of various professions were investigated on their fatty liver and related factors,inCluding Serum total cholesterol(TC)total triglyceride(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),uric acid(UA),and l iver function.Meanwhile,they were also examined with dotnen-Ultrasound.Result The morbidlty of fatty liver in group with high TC,TG,FBG and UA was respectlvely higher than that with normal TC,TG,FBG and UA.Conclusion There wereinteraction between fatty liver and high blood lipids,high blood glucose and high blood UA. |
