| 摘 要： | 目的研究p53、Bcl-2蛋白在角化棘皮瘤和高分化鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法采用EnVision免疫组化二步法对12例角化棘皮瘤、8例高分化鳞状细胞癌,进行p53、Bcl-2的表达检测。结果p53蛋白在角化棘皮瘤和高分化鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为50.0%和62.5%,两者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);Bcl-2蛋白在角化棘皮瘤和高分化鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为66.7%和87.5%,两者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论p53和Bcl-2蛋白均参与了角化棘皮瘤和高分化鳞状细胞癌的发病过程,但不宜单独作为角化棘皮瘤和高分化鳞状细胞癌的鉴别诊断标志。
