| 摘 要： | 为了推动实验教学改革,培养现代医学人才,中山大学药学院将现代生物技术中的微生物技术、分子生物学技术,蛋白纯化技术,免疫学技术等结合在一起,通过开设《现代药学生物技术综合大实验》课程,不断完善实验教学,为提高学生综合素质,开发学生创造性思维提供了大量宝贵经验,是一项值得大力推广的教学模式。

| Abstract: | In order to further reform the experimental teaching of biotechnology,and train modern medical talents,School of Pharmaceutical Sciences have combined the microbial technology,the techniques of molecular biology,the protein purification technology and immunological technology together in Modern Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Comprehensive Experiment.After study of the course,students were greatly improved the experiment teaching,comprehensive quality and creative thinking.As a result,this course is worthy to popularize as a teaching model. |
