| 摘 要： | 21世纪,医学教育改革出现新局面,面临着新的挑战。医学教育的进步,有赖于人才培养模式的改革。仅有扎实专业知识的医学生,已经不能满足社会发展的需要。构建复合型人才培养模式是医学院校深化教育改革的关键,是医学教育实现"三个面向"的必经之路。作者就复合型人才的内涵,构建复合型人才培养模式的重要性,以及构建复合型人才培养模式的途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The 21st century witnesses new situation and challenges emerging in medical education.Progress of medical education depends on reform in the talents training mode.Medical students who only have solid professional knowledge cannot meet the needs of social development.Therefore,establishing a specialized interdisciplinary talents training mode is a critical factor for deepening education reform at medical colleges and universities,and moreover,is the only way for medical education to "Three Orientations".This paper discusses the connation of interdisciplinary talents as well as the importance and ways of establishing the interdisciplinary talents training mode. |
