| Abstract: | Ultrastructure of vascular endothelium and sinuses of regional lymph nodes was studied under conditions of infectious-destructive lung disease. Inflammation caused significant damage to these cells, while endobronchial laser therapy produced considerable plastic changes in the bronchi.
