| Abstract: | We present 6 patients with a definite diagnosis of von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis. All of them had aqueductal stenosis and hydrocephalus requiring surgical intervention because of clinical signs of increased intracranial pressure confirmed by pressure measurements. |
