| 摘 要： | 严格控制血糖对于糖尿病合并症的预防极为重要。在调整饮食，进行运动和药物治疗过程中，病人需要频繁地监测血糖。手指采血测血糖的方法会引起疼痛，使病人畏惧。最近，已研发出可减轻或避免疼痛的新型血糖监测仪。这里，我们总结了新型血糖仪的优点及其基本原理。

| Abstract: | Strict glycemic control is extremely important for the prevention of diabetic complications. To adjust the diet, exercise and medications, diabetic patients need to monitor their blood glucose frequently. However, blood sugar check-up by finger stick causes pain and thus makes many patients withdraw. Recently, a variety of glucose meters have been developed to reduce or even avoid pain on examination. Here, we review the advances of new glucose meters and their basic principles. |
