妈咪爱和四磨汤辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效观察

目的观察妈咪爱和四磨汤辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效.方法将457例新生儿高胆红素血症患几分为治疗组(229例)和对照组(228例),两组均进行高胆红素的常规治疗,治疗组加用妈咪爱和四磨汤.结果两组治疗前血清胆红素值差异无显著性(P＞0.05),两组治疗24小时后血清胆红素值、日均胆红素下降值、血清胆红素值降至102.6 μmol/L的天数比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论妈咪爱和四磨汤辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症优于常规治疗.

Observation of the curative effect of medilac-vita and decoction of four-drug juice in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

Objective:To observe the curative effect of medilac-vita and decoction of four-drug juice in the adjunctive treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates.Methods:457 sick neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into the treatment group(n=229) and control group(n=228).The conventional treatment was used in both groups,besides this,the treatment group was added with medilac-vita and decoction of four-drug juice.Results:The serum bilirubin values of two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).The serum bilirubin,the average descent values of bilirubin each day and the days of serum bilirubin value decreasing to 102.6 umol/L in two groups had significant difference in 24 hours after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:As adjunctive treatment drugs,the curative effect of medilac-vita and decoction of four-drug juice in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is superior to that of the conventional treatment.
