小儿脊髓栓系统综合征手术治疗的护理

目的:探讨小儿脊髓栓系统综合征(TCS)手术治疗的适宜护理方法,以改善神经功能障碍,提高患儿的生存质量。方法:回顾本院2006年1月～2007年1月,对76例脊髓栓系综合征手术治疗的患儿进行的术前心理护理、体位及膀胱功能训练,术后生命体征的监测,皮肤及伤口的护理和康复训练等措施。结果:76例患儿中出现脑脊液漏9例,尿潴留5例,经及时落实护理措施,临床症状均得到改善,未出现新的并发症。结论:完善的术前准备,术后加强病情观察,做好伤口及皮肤的护理,尽早进行功能训练,可最大限度地恢复脊髓神经功能,提高患儿的生存质量。

Nursing care experience of tethered cord syndrome in children treated by surgery

Objective:To discuss the appropriate nursing methods of tethered cord syndrome treated by surgery in order to improve the neural dysfunction and quality of life in children.Methods:From January 2006 to January 2007,76 children with tethered cord syndrome received preperative mental nursing,body posture and bladder function training,and postoperative vital signs monitoring,skin wound nursing and rehabilitation training.Results:After operation,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid occurred in 9 cases and 5 children had urinary retention.Timely appropriate nursing intervention improved the clinical symptoms,and no new complications appeared.Conclusion:Consummate preoperative preparation,intensive postoperative observation,well nursing of wound and skin,and early functional training can improve the neural dysfuncion and the quality of life at most in children.
