PPDO 线雕联合面部玻尿酸填充对面部轮廓的改善作用

目的 探讨聚对二氧环己酮（PPDO）线雕联合面部玻尿酸填充在面部轮廓改善中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年9月我院收治的92例有面部填充需求的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,各46例。参照组给予PPDO线雕,研究组在参照组基础上联合面部玻尿酸填充,比较两组面部改善情况、面部轮廓情况、满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组优良率为97.83%,高于参照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;两组术后3个月面部轮廓数据均优于术前,且研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;研究组满意度为95.65%,高于参照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 PPDO线雕联合面部玻尿酸注射在面部轮廓欠佳或老化患者中的应用效果确切,能有效改善面部美观度,且不会增加并发症发生概率,患者满意度较高,值得临床应用。

The Improvement Effect of PPDO Line Carving Combined with Facial Hyaluronic Acid Filling on Facial Contour

Objective To explore the application effect of polydioxanone (PPDO) line carving combined with facial hyaluronicacid filling in facial contour improvement. Methods A total of 92 patients with facial filling needs admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2021 to September 2022 were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, with 46cases in each group. The reference group was given PPDO line carving, and the study group was combined with facial hyaluronicacid filling on the basis of the reference group. The facial improvement, facial contour, satisfaction and complications werecompared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 97.83%, which was higher than82.61% of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The facial contour data of the two groups at 3months after operation were better than those before operation, and those in the study group were better than those in the referencegroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complicationsbetween the two groups (P >0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was 95.65%, which was higher than 78.26% of the referencegroup, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion PPDO line carving combined with facial hyaluronic acidinjection is effective in patients with poor facial contouring, which can effectively improve facial aesthetics, and will not increasethe probability of complications. Meanwhile, the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
