Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of vascular crisis after replantation of amputated finger. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent replantation of amputated finger from January 2019 to February 2021 in the Eighth Ward of Orthopedics Department, North China Medical and Health Group Xingtai General Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. Group A was given routine nursing, and group B was given predictive nursing intervention. The hospitalization time and cost, quality of life, success rate of replantation, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of group B were lower than those of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The success rate of replantation in group B was 95.35%, which was higher than 74.42% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in group B was 2.33%, which was lower than 30.23% in group A (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of group B was 97.67%, which was higher than 79.06% of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive nursing in vascular crisis nursing after replantation of amputated finger can shorten the hospitalization time, improve the success rate of replantation, reduce postoperative complications, improve their economic burden and quality of life, and have high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
