美容缝合及优质护理干预对剖宫产患者切口愈合的影响

目的 分析美容缝合及优质护理干预对剖宫产患者切口愈合的影响。方法 选择2022年1月-11月于南京医科大学附属妇产医院行剖宫产手术的130例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组给予常规缝合及基础护理干预,观察组给予美容缝合及优质护理干预,比较两组切口愈合情况、疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组切口愈合良好占比高于对照组,脂肪液化占比低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组术后48 hVAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对剖宫产患者给予美容缝合及优质护理干预的效果良好,可有效促进切口愈合,防止脂肪液化发生,同时可有效减轻反复换药带来的疼痛感,降低并发症发生几率,值得临床应用。

Effect of Cosmetic Suture and High Quality Nursing Intervention on Incision Healing in Patients with Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze the effect of cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention on incision healing in patients with cesarean section. Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent cesarean section in the Women''s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine suture and basic nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention. The incision healing, pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of good incision healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of fat liquefaction was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group at 48 h after operation was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cosmetic suture and high quality nursing intervention on cesarean section patients is good, which can effectively promote incision healing, prevent fat liquefaction, reduce the pain caused by repeated dressing changes, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
