艾灸刮痧罐联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果

目的 探讨艾灸刮痧罐配合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2022年6月本院收治的180例急性周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为甲组、乙组,每组90例。甲组采用常规药物联合穴位按摩治疗,乙组采用艾灸刮痧罐联合针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果乙组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于甲组的62.22%（P＜0.05）;乙组治疗满意度为100.00%,高于甲组的61.11%（P＜0.05）。结论 艾灸刮痧罐联合针刺治疗急性周围性面瘫的临床效果良好,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗满意度,促进恢复。

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Ceramic Jar Scraping Cup Combined with Acupuncture on Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion ceramic jar scraping cup combined with acupuncture on acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 180 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 90 patients in each group. Group A was treated with conventional drugs combined with acupoint massage, and group B was treated with moxibustion ceramic jar scraping cup combined with acupuncture. The clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 100.00%, which was higher than 62.22% in group A (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of group B was 100.00%, which was higher than 61.11% of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion ceramic jar scraping cup combined with acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve treatment satisfaction and promote recovery.
