| 摘 要： | 目的 探究预防医学专业公费本科生与非公费本科生的学生生源及政策了解途径。方法 利用整群随机抽样的方法，抽取山东省2所医学院校2020级预防医学专业首批公费本科生和同批报考此专业的非公费本科生作为研究对象，共205人。利用问卷星平台发放问卷，调查学生生源及政策了解途径。运用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析数据，采用相对数和构成比描述计数资料，利用卡方检验比较公费本科生和非公费本科生生源特征和政策了解程度，多重响应分析学生对政策的了解途径。结果 预防医学专业公费本科生和非公费本科生在性别（χ2 =10.29，P<0.001）、户籍所在地（χ2 =5.61，P=0.018）、父亲的文化程度（χ2 =9.78，P=0.044）及政策了解途径（χ2 =17.19，P<0.001）方面的差异有统计学意义；88.4%的学生是通过教师、学生、家人口中了解到公费医学生政策。结论 预防医学专业公费医学生中女生多于男生，农村多于城市；政策了解途径多样化，以口口相传为主。
