互联网延续性护理对心肌梗塞患者自护能力的效果

目的 探究对心肌梗塞患者采用互联网延续性护理干预的作用。方法 选取 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 11 月期间本院收治的心 肌梗塞患者 86 例作为研究对象。按照数字表随机抽选的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各 43 例。对照组采用常规护理; 观察组开展互联网延续性护理。分析对比两组的自护能力、心理状态、生活质量以及依从性。结果 观察组的自护能力显著高 于对照组（P<0.05）。评估患者在院外恢复期间心理状态,干预前,两组的 SDS、SAS 量表评分均无显著差异（P>0.05）。干预 后,观察组的 SDS、SAS 评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的生活质量显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组依从性显著 高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对心肌梗塞患者采用互联网延续性护理干预,能提升患者的自护能力,改善心理状态,提升生活 质量。

The effect of internet continuity nursing on self-care ability of patients with myocardial infarction

Objective: To explore the role of internet continuity nursing intervention in improving patients" self-care ability when nursing myocardial infarction patients in clinical practice. Methods: 86 patients with myocardial infarction admitted from March 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (43 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (43 cases, receiving internet continuity care) using a digital table. Evaluate the effectiveness of care. The results showed that the self-care ability of the two groups of patients during the treatment period was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after implementing continuous nursing intervention, P<0.05. Evaluate the patient"s psychological state during the recovery period outside the hospital, and there was no difference in the negative emotion scale score before intervention. After intervention, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. The quality of life of patients during the recovery period was statistically higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. The compliance of patients during the recovery process outside the hospital was evaluated, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of internet continuity nursing interventions in the care of patients with myocardial infarction can improve their self-care ability during the recovery process, improve their psychological state during the recovery period, and enhance their quality of life.
