皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗退行性下睑内翻的临床效果

目的 探讨对退行性下睑内翻患者采用皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗的效果。方法选取威海市立第二医院眼科2021年1月-2022年9月收治的66例退行性下睑内翻患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组给予眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗,观察组给予皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗,比较两组眼部症状评分及手术满意度评分。结果 两组术后3个月OSDI评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组对外形美观、倒睫矫正、瘢痕外观、双眼对称、舒适度的满意度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗退行性下睑内翻的临床效果良好,具有美观度高、疗效好等特点,可有效改善患者的眼部症状,提高手术满意度,值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Skin Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Resection Combined with Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Shortening in the Treatment of Degenerative Lower Eyelid Entropion

Objective To investigate the effect of skin orbicularis oculi muscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscleshortening in the treatment of degenerative lower eyelid entropion. Methods A total of 66 patients with degenerative lower eyelidentropion admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology, Weihai Municipal Second Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening. The observation group wastreated with skin orbicularis oculi muscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening. The ocular symptom scoresand surgical satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The OSDI score of the two groups at 3 monthsafter operation was lower than those before operation, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of appearance, trichiasis correction, scar appearance, binocular symmetry and comfort in theobservation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of skin orbicularis oculimuscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening in the treatment of degenerative lower eyelid entropion is good.It has the characteristics of high aesthetics and good curative effect. Meanwhile, it can effectively improve the eye symptoms ofpatients, improve the satisfaction of operation, and is worthy of clinical application.
