舒适护理在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果

目的 分析舒适护理在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-12月于我院行口腔 正畸治疗的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予常规 护理，观察组给予舒适护理，比较两组正畸舒适度、护理满意度、口腔正畸治疗效果。结果 观察组舒适度 各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组 口腔正畸治疗优良率为92.50%，高于对照组的75.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理在口腔正畸患者中的 应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的正畸舒适度，有利于提升治疗效果，且患者对护理工作的满意度较高。

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Orthodontic Patients

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The orthodontic comfort, nursing satisfaction and orthodontic treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of orthodontic treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing is effective in orthodontic patients, which can effectively improve the orthodontic comfort of patients, help to improve the treatment effect, and patients'' satisfaction with nursing work is high.
