面部除皱联合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用效果

目的 观察在面部年轻化术中开展面部除皱联合自体脂肪移植的效果。方法 选取2021年 8月- 2 022年8月我院收治的90例拟行面部年轻化患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究 组，每组45例。对照组单纯给予面部除皱治疗，研究组采用面部除皱联合自体脂肪移植治疗，比较两组临床 疗效、临床指标、生活质量。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后临床指标优 于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 在面部除皱治疗的基础上 联合自体脂肪移植疗法开展面部年轻化治疗有利于提升治疗效果，可提高患者生活质量与皮肤状态，值得临 床应用。

Application Effect of Facial Rhytidectomy Combined with Autologous Fat Transplantation in Facial Rejuvenation

Objective To observe the effect of facial wrinkle removal combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 90 patients with facial rejuvenation who were admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with facial rhytidectomy alone, and the study group was treated with facial rhytidectomy combined with autologous fat transplantation. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of facial rhytidectomy, combined with autologous fat transplantation for facial rejuvenation treatment is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect, improving the quality of life and skin status, which is worthy of clinical application.
