摘 要: | 目的 探讨移动多媒体宣教在消化性溃疡出血(peptic ulcer bleeding,PUB)患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年7月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临平院区收治的100例PUB患者作为研究对象,按护理方法的不同分为对照组(A病区50例给予常规护理)和试验组(B病区50例在对照组基础上给予移动多媒体宣教),比较两组患者的疾病知识知晓率、遵医健康行为、负性心理情绪、生活质量、疾病复发率及护理满意率。结果 干预后,试验组患者疾病知晓率、遵医健康行为评分均明显高于对照组,负性心理情绪评分、诺丁汉健康调查问卷(Nottingham health profile,NHP)的生活质量及疾病复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 给予PUB患者移动多媒体宣教,可提升其疾病知识知晓率,促进其遵医健康行为的养成和提升,改善焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,减少疾病复发,提高其生活质量。

Application effect of mobile multimedia education in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of mobile multimedia education in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding (PUB). Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 100 patients with PUB who were treated in Linping District, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to July 2022 after screening according to the exclusion criteria. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group (50 patients in ward A were given routine nursing care) and test group (50 patients in ward B were given mobile multimedia education on the basis of the control group). The awareness rate of disease knowledge, medical compliance health behavior, negative psychological emotion, quality of life, disease recurrence rate, and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the disease awareness rate and compliance health behavior score of patients in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the negative psychological emotion score, the quality of life and disease recurrence rate of Nottingham health profile (NHP) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Giving mobile multimedia education to patients with PUB can improve their awareness of disease knowledge, promote their formation and promotion of medical compliance, improve their anxiety and depression, reduce disease recurrence, and improve their quality of life. |
